Contagious Leadership™ is our signature course and most often requested when the team or organizational challenges are perceived to be at the top or middle of the hierarchy. Contagious Leadership™ began as a book, and has become a keynote, an audio, a workshop, and now a full scale training program.

But, what is it? Contagious Leadership™ is a ten step course that shows you, the new leader or leader looking to improve other leaders, how to influence those you work with more effectively so they stay longer, produce more and complain less.

This is an appropriate choice when you like those you lead and merely need to jump start their productivity OR when you've inherited a bunch of hecklers and want to shape up (or shake up) the team a bit. Contagious Leadership™ helps when they're not following you AND when they'd follow you anywhere, but you don't know where you're going.

And contrary to popular belief, Contagious Leadership™ is not geared toward those we would call "born leaders". Leadership is a skill that can be developed, as long as you get the skills, have the desire, and are willing to practice.
