On Monday, we talked about making time “Fly”. On Wednesday, we addressed managing time versus managing tasks. Both bring us to the question of “Do you have time to lead?” Whether this applies to leading you and the voices in your head or leading those who may report to you, be related to you, or look to you for guidance, the truth is that if you don’t take the time to lead and develop that skill more effectively, others will lead you to play a role in their goals.
