Happy Boss’s Day!
Today, Monday, October 16th celebrates the day of the boss, the manager, the leader, the supervisor all the way up to Director and all those levels of those who lead
others and likely work for more hours than most know about.

Today is the day to say “Hey, I see you and appreciate all that you do.” Or, if you’re not the biggest fan of your boss… cuz, it can happen, then maybe simply say Happy Boss’s Day, in an email or text. You know, kind of like those family members you may or may not like but feel obliged to send a birthday post to anyway?
And here’s a way to really turn the tables and show some leadership that is truly contagious… share a Happy Boss’s Day with those you have the privilege of leading or even the customers or clients you have the pleasure of serving. Some would say that being of service to those groups of people, puts them in the position of those to whom you report.
In whatever way you choose to celebrate, we see you and we appreciate all that you do, say, share, contribute and even refrain from doing.
So Happy Boss’s Day to you.
