Transition from Buddy to Boss™ is an ideal course for new managers who’ve been promoted, but perhaps not prepared. This leadership development course guides them through important issues to be aware of and prevents learning leadership by trial and error. Teach them how to transition from being a peer or buddy to now managing their peers, by helping them focus on developing self- awareness, their own leadership style, and a leadership plan.
