Return & Refund Policy

At Contagious Companies®, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and physical products to our customers. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have the following return and refund policies:
- Digital Products (Webinars, Online Courses, Ebooks, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final. Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to their instant-access nature.
Exceptions:
We may offer a refund or store credit under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to your digital purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

- Physical Products (Books & Workbooks)
We accept returns or exchanges for physical products under these conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Physical Items:
- Opened or used workbooks/books
- Items not in their original condition
- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photos for damaged items).
- Cancellations
- Digital Products: Since access is granted immediately upon purchase, cancellations are not permitted after payment is processed.
- Physical Products: Orders for physical books and workbooks can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, returns must follow the guidelines above.
- Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated Effective Date.
